The collaborative table is designed to be a utility in a shared spaces in a shop. An open underside for storage as well as a chalkboard surface is meant to keep both work spaces and brain spaces organized. Group brainstorms can be had around the table and constructed from a blend of MDF and Cherry, the Collaborative Table is meant to blend into the look of a typicle shop environment.

Unbranded Desk Entry
The Unbranded Desk Entry was submitted as a design contest entry at Unbranded.com. It was a top four finalist of all accepted entries. The proposal was to create a desk with for the front office of a design firm. It was built upon concepts grown from my exploration with laser cutting, translating 2D layouts to 3D design.
Axi-Radial Toadstool
A small yet comfortable stool made with simple contoured two-dimensional shapes, slowly translated over space to create a smooth, rounded volume. A first iteration in this style, and yet a simple, elegant design.
The OffBox
For all the times when phones cause a distraction within social situations, the OffBox provides a place to put your phone when you and your party mutually agree to refrain from using technology. A subtle quote from a great Scientist, Einstein is enscribed inside of a wooden representation of a phone right on the front of each box, "It has become appallingly obvious that ourtechnology has exceeded our humanity."
Generative Construction Toy
Working from a base set of pieces, and many rounds of iteration a simple vocabulary of pieces can build into a large set of objects and builds.
Designing with Rhino
Learning a 3D modelling software is best done through practice and projects. Below are a few builds I've done using Rhino.
